Americans getting poorer while billionaires cashing in

Dow Jones plunged down by almost 400 points today. This is going on while unemployment in the US is still persistent and the number of economic problems, volatility in the markets increase. As more and more people in the country are thinking that the country is going into recession, American millionaires and their families are getting richer.
