The Plutocracy: Billionaire Koch Brothers/ Koch Industries BOYCOTT!
Anything That Georgia-Pacific Produces First are Georgia-Pacific consumer products: Angel Soft, Quilted Northern, and Soft n Gentle toilet paper; Brawny paper towels; any of the Dixie plates, bowls and napkins; Sparkle, Vanity Fair and Zee napkins; Georgia-Pacific’s paper products. Frankly, many dedicated TreeHugger readers caring about buying post-consumer recycled paper products or (better) using reusable alternatives are probably already avoiding these brands. But if you’re not, start. Second are Georgia-Pacific building products. The list is quite extensive so I’ll just refer you to Shoq Value’s rundown of them. Invista’s Fabrics, Fibers and Polymers Third are a whole bunch of products under the Invista banner: Coolmax, Cordura, Solarmax, Supplex, and Thermolite fabrics, as well as those containing Lycra; Comforel fiberfill; Dacron fibers; Somerelle bedding products; Stainmaster carpets and Tactesse carpet fiber. There are also a number of resins on the list. Oil Refining, Fertilizers, Chemical Production, Cattle Ranching In addition to those three big areas, Koch Industries is involved in huge range of activities: Pollution control equipment, oil refining, fertilizers–as well as the Matador Cattle Company. Now, in terms of impact it’s important to remember that the Koch Industries is a humungous empire–one of the two largest privately held companies in the United States–so in practical terms a boycott would have to grow by leaps and bounds before having a big …

What To Do If Abducted By Aliens
You probably don’t believe in alien abductions. Most people don’t until it happens to them. However, due to the large and ever increasing number of reports of abductions it couldn’t hurt to be prepared.
Being prepared doesn’t mean you can actually prevent an abduction or escape once the abduction begins. The best you can hope for is to gain as much information as possible so you can give a detailed report when you get back. Fortunately most abductees are returned unharmed and you probably will be too.
Generally people are not aware of having been abducted until some time later when they notice that a period of time is unaccounted for. They may have no memory of anything that happened within a period of several hours or even several days. Sometimes the memory will return gradually or it might be revived through hypnosis.
Pay attention to everything you can observe about the experience. If you wake up and find yourself being floated out of your bed notice if you exit your house through an open window or through a solid wall. This information can provide knowledgeable people with information about the sort of technology being used.
You may be anesthetized the entire time but if you are conscious observe your surroundings. If you see beings try to communicate with them. Ask questions. They might be able to communicate with you telepathically or through their knowledge of Earth languages.
Ask them where they are from. They might show you a star map or something. Even if it doesn’t mean anything to you try to remember it. There might be information that will be valuable to someone else.
Find out what they know about us. Ask them if they remember how the Beatles rocked the world. If they say no they are probably lying. No alien species could study Earth without learning about the Beatles. You have probably been abducted by young earthlings who are pretending not to know about the Fab Four.
When you return to consciousness and notice that a block of time is missing from your memory try to account for it. Search the house for signs of wild partying. You may just have suffered an alcoholic blackout.
Contact your doctor. If your doctor examines you and finds no indication of a stroke or any undocumented surgical incisions or any evidence of implanted chips, go home. Call your nearest alien abduction support group. They will know what to do next.

UK Construction Industry: is everyone benefiting from it?
A staggering 2.1million people make up the UK construction industry, one of the strongest in the world, employed by 250000 firms, so you would assume that with such a large number of employees, and trainees that this is a good sector to work in. However every job has its drawbacks.
The large main contractors continue to put specialists under financial pressure with one in 10 claiming to have been excluded from approved lists according to a nationwide survey of its members by the CCS, the Confederation of Construction Specialists.
CCS members who between them account for an annual turnover of nearly £3 billion say they now have to provide more information to main contractors than ever before or lose valuable contracts.
More than 30% of those surveyed also claimed they have now been asked to pay for the advantage of dealing with main contractors in the future by buying into accreditation schemes. But even more worrying for specialists is that over 10% have already been excluded from such lists for non-compliance.
CCS spokesmen Richard Noble commented: “We hold regular surveys as part of an on-going exchange of information with members. This way we can represent them more efficiently. On this occasion we decided to include additional questions relating to main contractors and we were surprised and disappointed by some of the responses.”
“Talks over the years of a working partnership with specialists to improve efficiency and reduce costs continue to be ignored by all but a few main contractors. Little progress seems to have been made in spite of pleas by Egen, Latham and many others”
“We can prove that when our members can work in such a way, that the benefits are enormous with projects delivered on time and in budget but the trends from our survey are not good. It seems that more and more main contractors want to tighten their grip on the specialists and this cannot bode well for the construction industry.”
CCS members were surveyed in May as part of the Confederation’s policy to provide a stronger voice within the construction industry for specialists who provide the backbone of the nation’s building business.
Such is the financial grip on specialists that 85% of those surveyed claimed that they have to show all accounts to main contractors on a regular basis and worryingly only 6% claim to have been paid directly from a project bank account. Such accounts should be set up at all times to ensure prompt payments to specialists.
A closer look at the survey also reveals that such is the power and expertise of specialists that 87% produce their own designs and detailed layouts, a crucial part of the construction operation.
The survey further reveals that CCS members continue to lead the way in health and safety, the environment, sustainability and quality.
As a result of this survey the CCS, who offer BTEC Construction courses for specialists, now intend to expand its exchange of information with members to establish more clearly the problems and challenges they face in a modern construction market.
